Classroom Technology
Many of the classrooms at SPSU are equipped with computers, projectors, smartboards, document cameras, and other technology. Technical problems with classrooms should be reported immediately to the IT Helpdesk at 678-915-4357 (HELP). It is strongly recommended that inspect your classroom(s) prior to the start of the semester to determine if you will need assistance with the technology, or if you need a room with different resources. If you would like to schedule an orientation or have any questions about how to use the equipment, contact the IT Helpdesk at 678-915-4357 (HELP). Please report any problems with the classrooms as soon as they occur, as the next person to use the room may depend on the classroom's equipment for their lecture, even if you don't. Rooms should be locked after use, and any missing equipment or suspicious activity should be reported to University Police (678-915-5555) as soon as possible.

In most classrooms, you log into the computer via the “SPSU” domain option (listed at the bottom of the log in dialog box), and then type “\\titan” (no apostrophes) into either Windows or Internet Explorer. A folder with your email ID should be visible in the Explorer window.
