To set a spamfilter in outlook:

1. Click on Tools/Rules and Alerts…

2. Click on Options

3. Click on Import Rules…

4. Go to \\sagan\software\SpamFilter Rules for Outlook and import the SpamFilter file.

5. Click where it says ‘Junk E-Mail’ and select the correct folder to move spam messages. Do this for all 5 rules.

****NOTE****

The lower X-Spam-Score means more spam messages will be caught, but also more false positives. All of the obvious spam will be caught by the X-Spam-Flag: Yes rule. These settings can be adjusted on a per user level, simply by checking the check boxes from the bottom up.
